Our services include professional sales and service of the Brother and Janome lines, in addition to the repair and maintenance of all brands of home sewing and embroidery machines. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff has years of experience and is dedicated to providing products and services that combine quality with exceptional customer value.
We offer a broad range of packages to support our customers. We schedule time to train new machine owners on the proper operation of their unit and ensure they are completely familiar with each of their model's features. Many of the new machines have built-in computer generated patterns and we offer software packages that enable customers to download many other designs directly from the Internet. In response to customer demand, we offer project based classes for sewers of all skill levels where they can learn to utilize their machine to its full potential. Many classes are available covering a wide range of techniques ranging from sewing notions and their uses, pattern terminology, fabric types and choices, layout and cutting, a machine overview, and garment construction.
